At Edam Credit Union, we provide our members with excellent financial service and are seeking a dynamic, personable individual to join our front-line team of Member Service Representatives.

Our Member Service Representatives are the first contacts for our members: greeting them, fulfilling requests and transactions, and then following up with members to suggest other products and services that will meet their needs.

 

To be successful in this role, you must be eager to learn about what we offer and why someone should choose Edam Credit Union.  The ability to embrace technology and adapt to change is crucial, as we are continually enhancing technology and changing the way we do things to benefit our organization and our members.  Experience in customer service and cash handling, as well as an interest in marketing and social media content creation would be very beneficial.
