MemberDirect®  Online Banking Access

Getting Started:

See that MemberDirect® Online Banking box on the top right? That's where you login to MemberDirect® Online Banking. And just to make it easy, it's on every page of our site. Just click on the box and you will be directed to our MemberDirect® site where you can enter your login information.

 

Here's what you'll need:

 

  • Your Login ID, which is your 19-digit Edam Credit Union Member Card® number - you will have to enter this card number each time you login to MemberDirect® Online Service, unless you memorize your card number by using the Manage Memorized Account feature

  • Your 5-digit Personal Access Code (PAC).

  • If you don't have an Edam Credit Union debit card and/or a Personal Access Code, visit our office or call us at 306-397-2242.

 

First Time User?

  • A Remote Access Agreement will appear the first time the site is accessed.  Read and agree by re-entering your PAC at the bottom of the screen.

  • The MemberDirect® Enhanced Security feature requires you to create 3 security questions; this provides an additional layer of security to the login process.  You will have to answer 1 of the three questions each time you login to MemberDirect® Online Service, unless you Register your computer

  • Once logged in, choose an option on the left hand navigation pane and do all of your banking with ease.

  • Always use the LOGOUT button to end your session!
