Q: Is my Online Banking & Edam Credit Union app supposed to look different?

A: Yes! With the new update comes a fresh, modern look and experience to better serve you.


Q: Why isn’t my Edam Credit Union app loading?

A: If you already have the Edam Credit Union app you will be required to update to our latest version 17.3.2. Depending on your device settings, your mobile app may be updated automatically, or you may have to visit the App Store or Google Play on your device and complete the update.  After updating if you are experiencing issues, you can try the following:

  • Turn your phone off & back on again.

  • Uninstall your current Edam Credit Union app and re-install it.

  • If you are still having issues, please contact our branch at (306) 397-2242.


Q: What happened to my saved login credentials?

A: Although you will continue to use your existing login credentials, unfortunately any saved login information & passwords will not appear on the new login pages for both online banking & our mobile app. Therefore, you will need to re-enter your login credentials.
